We primarily use Full Grain Leather for all our upholstered pieces. These are the highest-quality hides, known for their durability, natural markings, and ability to develop a beautiful patina over time.

Yes, we offer complimentary Curbside Delivery service for all orders. Your items will be safely placed at your driveway or curb, and our carrier will contact you to schedule a pickup time.

An adult (18+) must be available to sign for delivery.
Each custom piece requires 8 weeks for handcrafting and 4 weeks for international shipping. Total time is typically 12 weeks from order confirmation.
Once an order has shipped out, we will send you a Shipping Confirmation email that includes the tracking number and the carrier. Just go to the carrier's website and use the tracking number to track your package.
White Glove Delivery includes:
• Placement of items in your specified room
• Full unpacking and debris removal
• Assembly of standard components

Preparation Tips:

Should any damage occur:
1. Immediate Action at Delivery:
• Refuse acceptance if visible damage is noted on the packaging or product during delivery.
2. Post-Delivery Inspection:
If damage is discovered after accepting the delivery:
• Take clear photos documenting all affected areas.
• Email evidence to support@hooyoon.com within 24 hours of delivery.

3.Resolution Process:
Our team will assess the damage and either:
• Provide replacement parts, or
• Arrange for a full item replacement at no cost to you.
Usually, your order will be shipped in separate parcels.
If you wish to combine the items into a single shipment, please send an email to support@hooyoon.com immediately after placing your order.
We recommend ordering now to secure your item and current price. We are happy to hold your order until you are ready.
Please note your requested delivery date in the order notes, and email us at support@hooyoon.com immediately after ordering to arrange the hold.
You will immediately receive an Order Confirmation Email containing your order number (for reference). Please save this email as a receipt of your purchase and review the summary to ensure all details are correct.
If you have an account, you can also check the status in the 'My Orders' section of your profile. If the email is not received within 24 hours, please check your spam/junk folder or contact customer service.

At Hooyoon, we prioritize your satisfaction with every purchase. You can initiate a return within 7 days of receipt whenever you are not satisfied with the item, but you would need to pay for the return or exchange cost if no damage issues are involved.

Due to the nature of our products, whether it be large furniture or other smaller items, they are often in the heavy or delicate categories. Our packaging is specially made to cater to each individual item. They are rigorously tested to ensure they can withstand most kinds of incidences in transportation. Any self-packed items by the customer will have a high chance of being damaged on the way caused by flimsy materials or improper techniques. That's why we don't generally allow any returns without their complete original packaging. In a way, this also prevents lots of potentially wasted efforts and protects the customer's interest.

• >72hrs, 30% material fee + $150 reprocessing for major changes.

• Production start = Material cutting date at factory.
Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. You'll receive email confirmation upon completion.

Warranty Duration
- Standard Furniture: 1-Year Limited Warranty (Sofas, Armchairs, Coffee Tables, and Beds).

What is Covered
We will repair or replace any item with a
manufacturing defect in materials or workmanship:
- Frames & Structures: Any structural failure in frames, joints, or legs under normal use.
- Hardware: Defective hinges, drawer slides, or assembly components.
- Mattress Support: Structural defects or unusual sagging (greater than 1.5 inches) not caused by an improper foundation.
What is Not Covered
- Normal Wear & Tear: Including the natural softening/flattening of sofa cushions and fabric pilling.
- Accidental Damage: Damage caused by pets, spills, burns, or improper maintenance.
- Natural Variations: Unique characteristics in wood grain, leather scarring, or fabric dye-lot variations.
How to Make a Claim
If you encounter an issue, please email support@hooyoon.com with your order number and clear photos of the defect.
- Manufacturing Defects: We provide free replacement parts or a full replacement.
- Non-Warranty Damage: For accidental damage (e.g., pet scratches), we offer replacement parts at cost to help you restore your furniture.
